Creating a backup produces a backup file of your HerpClutch records that you can keep and restore later.

Create a backup

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Expand Data & Storage, then open Backup & Restore.
  3. Select Create Backup.
  4. Follow the app’s prompts to save the backup file.
  5. Keep the backup file somewhere safe.

Keep your backup safe

A backup file can contain your breeder records. Store it somewhere secure, and keep a copy if the records matter to you.

Use the exact button and menu labels shown in your version of the app. Backups are created on demand — this Help Guide does not describe automatic, scheduled, or cloud backups.
